  • Complete a questionaire on the qualities of a good manager.

Module 2: Decision Making

  • Identify the "Why, How, and What" of delegating work to employees.
  • Distinguish between good and bad feedback, discuss tips on what makes feedback effective, and propose solutions.
  • Review the different techniques in generating ideas and demonstrate an understanding of various decision-making models via a group case study discussion.

Module 3: Effective Meetings and Communication

  • Set clear goals for your meetings.
  • Understand the importance of setting an agenda.
  • Identify and understand different communication styles.
  • Recognise how to handle and resolve different types of conflicts.
Assessment:

  • Submit answers to 2 scenarios on how to handle disruptions in meetings.
